Additional Fees Required

  • Bank Transfer Fees: Payment of bank transfer fees when paying via bank transfer.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Fees: Payment of COD handling fees when selecting Cash on Delivery.

  • Taxes: 10% consumption tax included or added where applicable. (Note for International Shipping: Customs duties, import taxes, and foreign handling fees are the responsibility of the buyer upon delivery.)

Order Validity Period

As a general rule, orders are valid for 5 days following the order confirmation (automatic confirmation email).

Defective Products & Initial Defects

In the case of any initial defects occurring within 7 days of delivery, we will handle the issue via product replacement or repair.

Shipping & Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 10:00 AM (JST) will be shipped within 5 business days.

  • Orders placed after 10:00 AM (JST) will be processed on the next business day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Japanese public holidays).

  • For made-to-order products, pre-orders, or hard-to-find items, we will notify you of the estimated arrival date via email and ship as soon as the item is ready.

Payment Terms & Deadline

  • Bank Transfer: Please transfer the payment to our designated bank account within 14 days of placing your order. If payment is not received within 14 days, your order will be automatically canceled. Please place a new order if you still wish to purchase.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Please pay the delivery person from Japan Post (Yu-Pack) or Yamato Transport when your shipment arrives.

Returns and Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges for customer convenience are not accepted, except in cases of initial defects or incorrect items sent.

  • In cases of initial defects or incorrect shipments, we will cover all return shipping costs.
